A recently leaked document on the r/classicwow subreddit (now deleted, but embedded below) shows that Warzone 2 is set to release on November 16, 2022. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is already officially scheduled to release on October 28, 2022. This new is exciting news for the fans as, apparently, Warzone 2 will arrive less than a month following the global release of Modern Warfare 2. The scheduled time for the release of Call of Duty: Warzone 2 on November 16, 2022, is 10 A.M. PT. At this time we have no official confirmation of the date, or the validity of the leak, from Activision. The timing is good as far as bug detection and fixing goes. If we look back at Warzone Pacific’s release, the development team was on holiday when it launched and couldn’t fix the issues raised by the players until after the holidays ended. A November 16 release date means the team should have adequate time to listen to any community feedback and respond accordingly before the holiday season. As far as the validity of this document goes, there is nothing to indicate it is not authentic, It also states the release date of “COD: Cortez” will be October 27. Cortez is the codename for Modern Warfare 2, and Activision has already confirmed the release date of Modern Warfare 2 to be October 28. So it isn’t too far off. In addition, the document also contains the release date of other games by Activision Blizzard, including Overwatch, World of Warcraft, and Diablo.
